Welcome to Village Eye Care, the ophthalmology practice of Alfred J. Cossari, MD. Along with general ophthalmology, Dr. Cossari is recognized for his special interest and training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. In addition to medical and surgical ophthalmic services and routine eye care, contact lens fitting and eyeglass dispensing are integral to our mission of providing excellent eye care to children and adults. The eyeglass dispensary Optical Outfitters is owned and operated by the practice. We are located near the harbor in the Village of Port Jefferson.
